The Ministry of Science and Technological Development gives special attention to improving collaboration with researchers from Serbia working in scientific institutions and commercial organisations abroad. Links between scientists, especially young ones, and our colleagues doing research in developed countries will contribute to the development of science in Serbia, and also to future economic development of the country. These are the reasons that motivated us to create this web portal.
	Connecting researchers in this way will enable faster exchange of information on results of scientific research, initiation of joint research in national and international projects, organization of lectures of our eminent professors from abroad at our faculties and at institutions, specialization of our young researchers and so on. The aim of the Ministry of Science and Technological Development, together with providing help for establishing relations with our researchers who work abroad, is also to enable their return to Serbia. By realizing the planned projects and activities, the Ministry will satisfy other conditions that are necessary to accomplish this goal.
